Bill is a Member of The Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina and North Carolina. He is the presently the Chairman of the Greenville HBA Sales and Marketing Council. Over the past 10 years, Bill managed the Marketing and Sales staffs of 2 residential builders and oversaw a combined $250 million in new home sales over a 6 year period. As a MIRM, Mr. Durrell is recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as an expert in the areas of

Bill also has approximately 15 years of Commercial Banking experience since 1986 including executive management in residential development finance, residential construction and commercial real estate lending. Bill has a BS in Economics and MBA from Clemson University. |
